Ah....today I feel more at home in Mexico than ever. I finally found my local Mexican church! This morning with fellow staff members, Sarah and Nate, I set out to find the church that I discovered on Sovereign Grace Ministries website before I moved down here. My second Sunday in Mexico I spent 2 hours trying to find it and the service was over by the time we got there.  Well, this morning we met with success. The service was amazing, the people all welcoming, the worship sincere, and there are a couple of people there who speak English and will tape a translated copy of the sermons for us! Hopefully, we won't need it for too much longer as we are all eager to improve our Spanish. Thank you all for your prayers that I would find a good church down here!     this makes me really happy. it's so good to hear about your adventures so far (when i was reading about you getting lost on the way to church, i thought 'only martha'--so glad you found it and are enjoying it). thanks for posting your schedule too. i saw a few pics of you & your team on facebook--it looks like you guys are having fun. i'll be praying for you, dear friend. i love & miss you lots! and can't wait till i get to see you :)

    Awesome Martha, glad things are going great and glad you found a good church! You've been missing a lot of volleyball action here this summer, we've been playing down at Hamilton Mill a lot. We're getting pretty good, you might see us in the Olympics one day hehe.

    Hi Martha, Love the pictures and so glad you are settling in! That is so wonderful about the church and wouldn't it be great to be able to understand everything in Spanish. We love you and miss you tons.
